Pianos that have been regularly serviced (within the year) will simply need a tuning. If it has been more than a year or your piano is more than 10 cents from concert pitch, it will need a pitch raise.

Most repairs are included free with tuning, given they aren’t extensive, or special parts don’t need to be ordered.
